Refer a friend - Terms & conditions

1. Referrals

1.1 By participating in our Refer a Friend programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Ibanista will reward you with a £100 Amazon gift card for each new client you refer who transfers over £5,000 with us.

1.2 Amazon gift cards will be sent within 30 days of the referred client’s first trade. The vouchers are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. Goods and/or services obtained with the vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider. Ibanista accepts no liability for these goods and/or services.

1.3 Referrals can be made by filling out the form on the Refer a Friend page.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Employees and immediate family members of Ibanista, as well as current affiliates and their employees, are ineligible to participate in the Refer a Friend programme.

2.2 Participants must be registered with Ibanista to qualify.

2.3 Participants cannot reside at the same address as the referred client.

2.4 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3. Prohibited Uses

Participants may only use the Refer a Friend programme for lawful purposes and in good faith. Prohibited activities include:

(a) Creating multiple accounts to invite oneself.

(b) Inviting individuals not personally known to the participant.

(c) Transmitting unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

(d) Damaging Ibanista’s brand or reputation.

(e) Attempting to circumvent the terms and conditions.

4. Data Protection

Participants must confirm they have obtained consent from individuals whose data they provide to Ibanista.

5. Breach of Terms and Conditions

5.1 Ibanista reserves the right to refuse referral fees if a participant is suspected of breaching the terms and conditions or acting in bad faith.

5.2 Ibanista may terminate or suspend the Refer a Friend programme if breaches occur, at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ibanista assumes no liability for any use of the Refer a Friend programme that does not comply with the terms and conditions.

7. Variation

7.1 Ibanista may change the terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Refer a Friend programme constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7.2 Ibanista reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Refer a Friend programme without notice.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions, as well as any relationship between participants and Ibanista, are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
